1. TWO WAYS TO ENTER
(A) Beginning 12:01 PM Eastern
Time (ET) on 5/17/04 through 11:59 AM ET on 7/31/04, visit www.TheScholarshipGuide.com,
and place an order by calling the 24-hour toll-free number listed
on the website and entry will be processed upon credit card processing
and order completion. Limit one entry per name/email address/household
per day. Entries must be received by 11:59 AM ET on 7/31/04 to be
eligible for the final drawing. Normal time rates, if any, charged
by Internet service provider will apply.
(B) On a plain piece of 3" x
5" paper, hand print your complete name, address, zip/postal
code, plus (optional) daytime and evening telephone numbers. Mail
your entry in a hand-addressed #10 envelope with sufficient postage
affixed, to:

2. ELIGIBILITY
This sweepstakes is open only to residents of the
U.S., who are of legal age at time of entry. Employees of eFinancialAid.com,
Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and Internet
agencies and their family members and/or those living in the same
household are not eligible. All U.S. federal, state and local regulations
apply. Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor and its agents are not
responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected
e-mail or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone
lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost
or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled
or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Sponsor
not responsible for any liability for damage to any computer system
resulting from participation in or accessing or downloading information
in connection with this promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT
TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION
OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD
SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES
FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify
any individual who tampers with the entry process. In the event of
a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the
authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the
time of entry (i.e., the person who is assigned to an e-mail address
by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other
organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain
associated with the submitted e-mail address). Sponsor reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes
should a virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor
corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the sweepstakes.
In the event of termination, a notice will be posted on-line and
a random drawing to award all prizes will be conducted from among
all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. Sponsor
reserves the right to modify the sweepstakes or disqualify entrant
if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity
of the sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
3. RANDOM DRAWING
A random drawing will be held on or about 8/10/04
from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor's online sweepstakes
administration script, created by an independent programming and
hosting organization for which all decisions are final on all matters
relating to this offer. Winner will be selected randomly using an
unbiased, random seed number generator as part of the administration
script. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries
received by 7/31/04, the contest ending date. Potential winner will
be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability
and, if legally permissible, a publicity release within 14 days of
attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period
or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result
in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Winner
will be notified by mail/phone. Limit one prize per family/household.
No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Sponsor reserves
the right to substitute prize, or any portion of prize, of equal
or greater value. All taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.
By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, their respective
directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any
and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner
shall assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed
to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption
of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor
and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes
of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited
by law. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor
and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical
or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the
sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.
4. PRIZE
A Dell Dimension 4600 desktop computer system, valued
at approximately $1,200 (tax, shipping included) with the following
features: 17" CRT monitor, 2.8ghz Processor, 512mb of RAM, 80
gigabyte hard drive, CDRW drive, DVD drive, sound & video cards,
modem & network cards, keyboard, stereo speakers, mouse, and
comes loaded with Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition and Microsoft
Office Small Business Edition. Prizes is valued in U.S. currency.
Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of
the prize. In the event that the specifically detailed system listed
here is not available (if the system or any part contained in the
mentioned system is not in stock, or unavailable for any reason)
prizewinner will receive a computer system of comparable value, but
not exceeding $1,200.
